2nd Graders met with Greg Preslicka, local artist and muralist, today to begin creating a storyboard for our new view in the Media Center! Each 2nd Grade Class will have the opportunity to meet with Mr. Preslicka and develop their own storyboard incorporating their unique collaborative ideas for the setting and characters of their storyboard. In February, the 2nd Graders and adult participants will meet again to view the three layouts that will also be presented on bookmarks. Students and staff will simply select their favorite bookmark. The design and layout with the most bookmarks gone will be the design Greg Preslicka will paint in the Media Center in March. We are extremely grateful to the Laker Foundation and PTC for funding this exciting project!!!
