Introducing: our new E-STEM logo! Working with the
district’s E-STEM committee, our logo was designed to bring to life all of the
components of our E-STEM curriculum: Environmental Education, Science,
Technology, Engineering and Math.
The green leaves and tree represent our district’s strong
Environmental Education curriculum and the colored leaves with symbols
encompass the STEM areas. Looking closely, one can see that the tree’s
structure is actually a person, which reinforces the hands-on teaching and
learning aspects of E-STEM. The logo is color-coordinated, so each of the
colors matches a letter in the acronym and its definition.
You will be seeing more of this logo throughout the school
year wherever you see E-STEM happening!
