Grainwood students and staff participated in our annual all-school TURKEY BINGO event yesterday. As Mrs. Wendt and Mrs. Buck called bingo over the school intercom system, students "gobbled" down the hall to get their prize in the office! Kindergarten students also participated in their annual "Thanksgiving Feast" (traditions are a part Kindergarten Social Studies curriculum). Students made and wore pilgrim or Native America hats, produced butter, sampled a variety of traditional Thanksgiving foods and hosted a feast in their grade level hallway. A big thank you to parents who helped prepare and manage the feast! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
